Our team has had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of consultation projects. From supporting the validation of an employee screening assessment to moderating a Pan-Canadian symposium and helping organizations launch career development initiatives, our consulting work has supported businesses and government entities. Our team also has extensive research experience, including a pan-Canadian study exploring the use of assessment tools, models, and processes, and the dissemination of labour market information. 

From Personality Dimensions training materials, comprehensive career development curriculum to Essential Skills training, and supervisor competency guide for trades, our team has developed countless resources and training. More recently we’ve supported several organizations and associations extending their educational offerings into virtual spaces.
